Poor Service and u professionalism

I joined the gym in July 2019 and was advised if I refer someone to join, will get 1 month free. The person that I referred joined in August and to date I was not granted my free month as promised.

I went to the Sandton club, which they advised that they have escalated to their head office, I've been sent from pillar to post and to date my free month was not granted.

And what makes matters worse, even my premiums are not the same, this month is this amount and the next is another. When I asked the tell me a different amount, yet the debit a different amount from what they confirmed.

Since I joined I have not been receiving any joy. So disappointed and what a poor service I've received
