Poor service and rude staff

I have been trying to cancel my gym contract since March this year. Sadly I have been met with rude arrogant and *********** staff. I have reached out to planet fitness at Queenswood and despite promises to assist nothing has been done and now emails that are sent are not even answered. What does a person have to do? I have followed cancellation to the terms of my contract and been treated like dirt. Stay away from planet fitness and never enter into a contract.

So instead of solving the problem you pass the ball back to me. Absolutely disgusting. So you are not able to make a simple call? I am not prepared to put a ID number on a forum like this call me or the next move I make is a lawyers letter. Shocking
