Poor Service and Promises not Kept

I logged a complaint 3 days ago since starting with your gym I have introduced to new members and a 3rd who will be signing up end of January and I should have recieved 1 free gym bag for the first member and 1 free month for the second member but seems like those where just empty promises just like when head office called to say Justin at Roodepoort branch was going to call me 2 days ago but I think that Justin does not know how his phone works because he does not call anyone back. I honestly do not think I will refer any further friends as promises are never kept by your staff they just fob me off. I honestly feel like stopping my debit order until I get my issue resolved by you as that seems like the only way to get your attention.
