Poor service and breach of contract

I joined the planet fitness gym who is in pietermaritzburg at scottsville for a period of 2years of training in 30 November 2018 my contract ended and i didn't train the whole of November and i went to the gym to inform the consultant that i wont be training anymore so if they can please cancel my membership as soon as possible and then the following month in Dec i noticed that my money was missing in my bank in a sum of a derbit order which equals to the monthly amount was paying at the gym and again drove to the branch an informed that anotjer derbit order went through but i cancelled how does that happened but to no clear explanation i got and we called call centre of which a lady with an attitude answered me said my contract was cancelled, again the next month of January was derbited and again drovw to scottsville an queried that transaction but thy said to me the contract was not yet cancelled i then ask which way do i have to do to let this matter to rest again in January cancelled again the derbit order went thru in February so i even went as far as Johannesburg Calk centre in Rosebank to query this derbit order matter but even them told they are not allowed to show me their headoffice as i was tired of bieng taken from pillar to post about and the gave me an email to send my concern but i sent the email but to my demise none of any responses were returned to me till to date my 2mnths subscription has never been returned or neither explain what really happens when one terminates his contract but the derbit order would still go on for months on end!
