Poor Service

I open a contract with Planet fitness Pinetown and the guy that was assisting me put me on a contract for 24 months instead of 12 months and i did told him that i am not from pinetown and i need a contract for 12 months since i will around pinetown for 1 year. Unfortunately i did sign a contract for 24 months instead of 12 months because i trusted the person that was assisting me. Mr Senzo Ngcobo prove to *********** and selfish because he thinks for himself not for the interest of the customer. I will never ever engage my self with Planet fitness because i receive a poor and *********** service. Mr Senzo did not act honestly and fairly.I will never ever go Planet fitness and i will strongly not recommend planet fitness to my friends and family.
