Poor Service

My wife joined the gym 2 months ago and she is still waiting for her complimentary gym bag. She is also still waiting for anybody to phone her to make a booking for her complimentary free personal training session. We have spoken to the sales person, the wellness manager (Carli) and even the club manager ( Wandi) regarding our issues but nothing happens... They always have promise or make some excuse.
