Poor Service

The worst experience I have ever had with them. The account issues that I have with them is absolutely ridiculous. I am unemployed but they want me to pay my membership with what money I do not know. The pandemic left me in the dark so obviously when I ma in a better spot I can pay but the team at planet fitness are absolutely incompetency. I have never met dumber people. They asked me to come to their gym in the middle of a pandemic to listen to recorded calls, when they know they are wrong they just do not want to admit it. They anger me so much but it seems as if the gym does not care about their customers the only thing that they want is money nothing more. Poor poor service I hate them.
