Poor service

It has been almost 4 years now I joined the Plannet fitness gym in Hammanskraal at Jubilee Mall. We been complaining about not having a generator but nothing has been made even now in 2021 we still experiencing the same problem. Yesterday and Today I left work and went to gym for today's workout but when I got there it was dark inside with no electricity but every month we paying for access, debit orders is made without even question.
