POOR SERVICE

<p>I have tried cancelling my service for a long period of time, i have paid the settlement fee and im still waiting for a response, the customer care does not respond to emails i phoned 4 times! Apparently the call centre says the person gave me the wrong reference number soo they need to first fix it! What is soo damn difficult to just cancel my contract???? I do not recommend anyone to join</p>
