Poor Service

The frustration is beyond me Please employ NEW COMPETENT admin staff. I keep being charge for a black tag or a tag. 1. I joined alone 2. Everybody pays cash for a tag The first transaction bounced and the whole month I couldn't excess the gym. Needed to explain myself everyday. Now a transaction of R145 debited and Im seriously going to reverse it. I'm really annoyed. I'm changing debit order to pay cash nje cause you guys deduduct what you feel like. I'm certain I'm not the only one. Not ignoring the free bag **** that is happening... Where are our bags???
