POOR SERVICE

My name is BNG Manamela ID ********** 668081 .When i joined Planet fitness i was with my friend and we both joint. She did not have her banking details so inserted mine. Later on she called to change them to hers. Every month planet fitness is continuing debit for both and this is affecting my finance because i dont get a refund for both. PLANET FITNESS CUSTOMER CARE LINE IS ALWAYS BUSY . YOU CANT REACH THEM. THEY DONT RESPOND TO THE EMAILS YOU SEND THEM, THEIR SERVICE IS VERY POOR
