Poor service

The head office and gym manager at Craighall park can't even bother to return emails. The gym is also not honest with you when you join up. I was guaranteed a personal trainer session and I never received it.

Unprofessional behaviour, disgusting service from management.

Virgin active is DEFINITELY the better option and they always will be. They would never handle clients the way Planet fitness does.
