Poor Service

I have a membership at Planet Fitness Brakpan due to expire.I'm out of the country and can only communicate via emails.I sent them an email requesting assistance with the cancelation but no response and next thing they will automatically put me on a month to month contract which I don't want. They are not transparent and don't take customers serious.
