Poor service
I changed my 12 year membership from normal contract to Discovery Vitality Membership .What a nightmare 3 months later and still no vitality points showing Planet Fitness answer -2000 complains to handle So wait patiently.In the meantime Im paying for Vitality -and not getting any points out .Pathetic excuse and service
