POOR POOR POOR POOR CLIENT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After 3 months many, many emails to helpdesk without ANY response to one of my mails we are STILL struggling with my account . Been sending mails with proof of payments for the last 3 months..... VERY VERY poor service at this gym Every day when we get there the answer is the same we are busy with the account for 3 months...REALLY!!!! its an embarrassment total embarrassment for the past 3 months because someone is not doing their job Come November when my contract expires I'm DONE with PLANET FITNESS
