Poor management service

Been going to gym with my child for past 2 years however this pass 3 months they been refusing my child access cos she doesn't have a tag. So I paid for the tag then still they refused her n said its age. Now am being refused my refund n being refused access to the gym. The service is so poor and incompitent. I've met 4 mangers including raveshen who had the worst attitude ever.
