POOR management and BAD services rendered by Planet fitness Centurion Mall. Plus they are over price with a lack of facilities.

I am very disappointed in the decline of the way Planet Fitness Centurion Mall. It has been 11 weeks in counting without a working air conditioner in the spinning class/ cycling class, more than 6 months with treadmills that have broken down, 3 months with dumbbells that are short, I’ve check and I have noticed that the water fountains filters are not regularly changed plus they do not produce cold water as they used to which is a sign of lack of maintenance, gym members are not taught gym etiquette of packing weights after use, it has become a mission to find simple kettle bells, dumbbells, bars etc yet members are still expected to pay R500 for a club that fails to deliver on the simple service it meant to render and each year we get hit with a 10% increase. It is utterly disgusting and disappointing that simple gym shoes, towels, shirts and shorts can disappear within minutes in the toilets of that gym. The cleaning stuff also do not use bleach to disinfect the toilets, showers and common areas this resulted in the gym acquiring a funny smell. Worse of all they are short on stuff members who can hardly keep up with the high volume of gym members.This gym has failed to uphold the standard it used to have the first 3 years it opened. DISGUSTING and DISAPPOINTING!!!
