Poor management

Cancelled my planet fitness a long time ago. They tried to debit me and I reversed it. They called me to confirm why I reversed. So miscommunication caused me to pay the last installment that they required. ALL YOUR CALLS ARE RECORDED. I asked they lady "so after this payment I'm done and no payments are required going forward?" which she responded :"yes that's correct"

Then they tried debitting me again. I reversed it once again because I MADE MY LAST PAYMENT.

then I was told I need to pay once again.

I told them that they need to go back on the recordings so they can hear that they said its my last payment.

They did not.

Kept on trying to debit and I kept on reversing up until I received another call to say that there was miscommunication and that I needed to pay one last time.

I rep**** that I will pay ONLY if they take away all penalties against me because I was not responsible for the penalties.

They told me they will refer my query to head office.

And guess what they never came back to me.

Next moment I'm handed over to Attorneys and now I need to pay R722, 41 so it can be settled.

I spoke to the attorney and told him the whole story.

Which nothing will come from.

I made the payment today.

So planet fitness hope you happy about your R722, 41 because you guys will never see me again.

I wonder how nice it would be if I personally get my attorneys and hand you over aswell.

You guys are not faithful, not honest and your management is very poor because you never got back to me.

I will invest in another gym.
