Poor Hygiene - Planet Fitness Parklands

The issues at this gym is endless , There is mold throughout the gym. No proper ventilation or aircons. There is a huge issues with ****roaches throughout the gym

Showers don't have doors, shower handles fall off when using them. There hasn't been hot water for 2 weeks.

Some toilets don't have toilet seats, doors to the toilets don't lock or don't close properly When it rains, a section of the gym looks like a waterfall.

These are just some of the issues we experience on a daily at the gym. I have requested to have my contracted cancelled due to these issues as the facility is not hygienic however I was met with a massive cancelation fee which I do not agree to as the facility is not well maintained.

We as the members have to abide by the rules and regulations of the gym however the facility doesn't abide by the health and safety rules and regulations
