Poor

PF Queenswood. The sanitizer by the machines smells and looks like water. There is no staff on the floor to keep things in order nor to seek advice on how certain machines work like other big gym groups. When the gym is full, some people take over most of the floor space as well as the surrounding machines, having no concern for space for others. If there were staff on the floor, I'm sure this would not happen. Some of the classes are not enjoyable. The gym is way too full on peak hours. One needs to wait for equipment or machines. I do not see machines getting cleaned by the cleaning staff, only the weights being used are cleaned. I am supposed to get a complimentary bag, occording to going to the gym enough in a certain time frame. There is never stock of the bags, I have been asking for almost the past year.
