Poor decorum!

I recently found out I signed up for a membership with the gym on 12-01-2025 while I was browsing through their site. I only found out because a debit order went off on the 01-02-2025 and when I called to query they tell me I have a membership and that if I want to cancel they’ll charge me more than R2000 for a gym I’ve never visited nor gotten an email welcoming me since I “signed” up. Poor poor service!!!!!!
