Poor customer services

<p>In 2014 i joined Planet fitness gym, due to poor services and frustrations of useless management, i decided to finaly complain and cancelled my membership as i found a better gym at zone fitness gym and cheper , to make matters worse, the services were great at Zone fitness. When i followed up on my cancellation, i was told not to worry and that it SHOULD have been cancelled. 2016 i then started seeing debets atempted to be taken from my bank account, my bank adviced me that its Planet fintnes gym, i approched planet fitness, i even have emails confimations to tell me that i should not worry as noone should try to collect money from my bank account as i dont have an active account with planet fitness. Almost every other month i used to go to Bedford Planet fitness gym asking why are thy still atempting to get money from me, they kept ignoreing me. 2017 same story, every month i will go there and insult at them to reslove this issue to no help, until this time i threatened to burn up the place, thats when someone now gets back to me. Now they are telling me that i owe them more than R10,000. Am saying, i dont owe anyone anymore any money, had they told me in 2015 that i owe them money, i would have made arrengements to pay, but after these years of me fighing with them to check, how can they come now after more than 2 years to claim i owe them money. Am not prepared to pay even a single cent, whoever wants to get money from me should take me to court. I will make sure all my clients choose other gyms and i will pay for their membership myself.</p>
