Poor customer service with *********** staff

This is my second complaint on this site. I have signed up to a planet fitness membership back in December 2024. I have not had a single debit order that had been correct since. From January to date I have been double debited and the incorrect amount. This month the first debit was the correct amount and the second was overcharge again despite me making direct payment and submitting proof of payment.
