Poor customer service from Planet Fitness Menlyn's Management

The worst gym to respond to client queries. My daughter was loaded as a dependant to my account, but with her ID nr already being allocated to someone else by mistake, she is unable to get her own tag to access the gym. 5 queries in person with management at the gym later, and 5 emails to their help desk, still no positive outcome. No urgency and no effort from Planet Fitness Menlyn Management.
