POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PLANET FITNESS

Even after leaving a review, there has been private replies and undertakings that were not forthcoming.

Honestly shocking at the poor customer service and don’t care attitude.

I had to on my own, attempt to contact them to resolve the issue.

The agents were rude and cut the call.

Honestly pathetic.
