Poor Customer Service from Planet Fitness !!!

Not happy with the service of planet fitness as they are not professional as in regards to their accounts department.

Firstly they double charged in December without a notice they just send two debit orders the second one which I did not approve. When I inquired was only told that they sneaked a close on the contract for paying annual membership fee for December their explanation did not hold water.

Secondly I was paid late for September 2021 and notified them not to run the debit order or changed the debit order date a week before the debit order run. They notified me that that can only happen in the following month because that current month debit order has already been loaded. They did run the debit order on an account with insufficient funds and it bounced and was charged on my bank for that. They went on and charged me an extra R20 bucks which they say they charge for their overdue accounts.

As if its not enough they handed my accounts to collectors if when I had settled all the balances I owe. I have enough of this guys I'm thinking of cancelling their account because they are so *********** in the way they deal with their customers.
