Poor customer service - Cancellation of contract in person
I am very disappointed with Planet Fitness in Kolonnade Mall in Zambezi Pretoria. The service when my son joined them was good and fast. When he went in person to cancel it looks like they did not cancel the contract and still deducted money. Contract number ***

I am not happy about this. The only call my son received yesterday was to say he must pay R19!! After he have cancelled in person at Planet Fitness Montana.
I would really appreciate it if this matter get resolved. He did his part and cancelled in person at the Montana branch. And the have to pay back the R200 that they deducted still after he cancelled is contract.

20 Apr 2026, 08:45It is now 20 April 2026 and this issue is till now not resolved. Can this be sorted out urgently and the money deducted after the contract was cancelled be refunded!!!!! My son went in a month before his contract expired in person at the Montana branch and still it was not cancelled. They contacted him stating they will come back to him and till now it is not sorted out!!!!!
