Poor customer service at planet fitness cashan rustenburg

I an very unhappy with their service had account problems and no one im the gym could assist shown them statements of debit order being deducted every one had a different story went on to call headoffice they said everything was sorted out and 3 months on still same problem gym being paid not allowed access no one to assits definitly not a fan rather go back to virgin active never had those problems there feel free to contact me on **********
