Poor Customer service and can't credit an account

Me and my wife Joined February on Discovery Vitality. Both of us paid the R749 when we filled in the contract. My wife's vitality was activated and mine was not. So they deducted 187.50 for my wife and 550 for me since then. They used my R749 as a credit and deducted according to what was needed. Phoned customer support and they keep on referring us back to the Branch. so eventually went to the branch and asked what happened and they said they don't know where the contract(Not my Problem!) is hence we are paying the R550. So the sales manager said he will try and sort it out. spoke to head office which then said i need to pay the R749 again. I said I will not as this is not my mistake. then they made me sign a new contract and said I have to pay R749 I still said No. heard nothing back. Went home and found the original contract that we signed in February. Sent this in to them and asked them to sort it out. In the meantime the one month R550 was deducted TWICE! as an annual fee of R550. This is not on! then come this month eventually they switched me to vitality. and R187.50 went off. what about the difference that we have paid? we have paid more that double that we were supposed to pay! asked them nicely to sort this out. do the credits and everything but they didn't. Planet fitness has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my Life! And the Manager doesn't care just keeps on saying head office head office. I don't care! SORT THIS OUT! R749x 2= 1498 February R550+187.50= R737.50 March R550+187.50= R737.50 April R550+187.50= R737.50 May R550+187.50= R737.50 June R550+187.50= R737.50 July R550+R550(maintenance)+187.50= R1287.50 August R187,50+R187.50 = R375 In Total R5350 was paid so far. Which should have Been R2625! and R1498 For joining fee.
