Poor Customer Service

Planet Fitness in newtown Junction Poor customer Service, I guess planet fitness has money now because the service i got Newtown this was very disappointing having to beg to be signed up for a GYM ....!!!! Being ******* by a consultant over the phone. he requested that i pay for the Tag and start gym immediately and but the Lady at the counter told me that i cant get the Tag before they can sign me up, we called the consultant again and the story changed from the consultant he me told pay the R125 for the Tag and then come back later to get my Tag in which im not sure why i should be doing the run arounds when i was the one came to the first....!!! issue number is the "KYP" know Your Product, how do you not know that your company is running a special....?
