poor customer service

i am a member at planet fitness mall@55 , i wanted to upgrade my contract to a black tag . i've asked the employees on three occasions to help with this matter and they failed to do so ,the reason i am writing this review is because an employee by the name of Candice was very rude and i felt she was ****** towards me ,i myself managed a company dealing with customer services and this is not how you should be treating your customers especially if i'm trying to upgrade .
