poor customer service

I'm very disappoint bad service that I received from Evaligne{ head office staff} ***.. I'm actual enquiring I told her that I'm shopping around. I used to be a member which my membership expired last month.<br> <br> I told her I need her surname for my reference she told me that she does not give stranger her surname.<br> <br> I said to her I need someone to give me a call ASAP , .<br> Three hours later I have not received any call from anyone.<br> <br> I have been a member Now I left club this is the treatment i received?<br> on top of that I have make several calls , she not informative about company {planet fitness} she always says I don't if you ask her question .. I told her if she not sure she need to find-out and come back to me.<br>
