Poor customer service

Since I joined planet fitness I’ve had issues with my debit order and ended up paying additional fees. I’ve paid my membership on the 26th nov but they still tried to debit my account and again charged me an additional 15, I’ve send email but no respond. I want to cancel planet fitness and go back to my old reliable gym virgin active
