Poor Customer Service
Customer complaint On Saturday I went to planet fitness four ways after being overseas for 7 months, before I went, I tried to call the to find out what is my accessibility hours for the Gym, no one picked up the phone. When I arrived, the front ladies scanned my tag and told me that I was on the limited access and I should enter only at 10:30, it was around 8:30 at that time. I explained to the ladies as to what happened and that I have been away and they still said no. Then I asked them if I could change the terms of my contract , they told me no one was available. While I was waiting I saw a white woman who bought her friend who was not a member to Zumba, the friend signed and went in. Another white man bought his friend who also signed the register and also went in. I did not go away and the manager was called and the manager (Mark Snow) came and I proceeded to explain my situation, he defended his staff and basically told me he has over 3000 customer and if I was not happy it was my prerogative to leave Planet fitness. I complained that I was a client and I have been one for almost a year and you not allowing me to go in and people that are not even members are allowed in. He said that those were potential clients, I pointed out that I was an existent client and I am being treated this way, after trying my hardest to explain this situation, he mockingly let me in as if he was doing me a favor and I was a rogue client. I cannot express my disappointment of after a long period away from my home gym to be treated with such poor customer service and disregard for my person
