Poor Customer service

<p>I signed up for a 12 month contract with planet fitness.</p> <p> </p> <p>After 8 months I requested a cancellation with the company and it never happened. After trying to call their call center for hours with no response. </p> <p> </p> <p>I than posted a message on Facebook and I got a call. The cinsuconsultant was to get back to me about the feedback and never did. I sent him 2 emails and no response from Thulani.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now after the twelve months have passed a receive an email stating I have been handed over when no tried to contact me for collection before and nor did they ever get back to my query.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the worst gym ever having facilities that never worked weeks on end.</p>
