Poor customer experience
Planet fitness midrand office manager Kgosi is very unprofessional, not people orientated and very unapproachable and unhelpful. Completely useless compared to other staff who are welcoming. Secondly, advertise on multiple platforms for people to join and no bags...cmon planet fitness..get your act together!
