Poor customer care

My phone was ****** from my locker about 2 weeks ago. My lock was cut to access my locker. All this i discovered after training. I went to the manager that was on duty to report it at the day he was helpful and started looking at the cctv and he took my number. I asked him what is the club going to do to regarding more security in the shower rooms . He told me will come back to me. Up to today no one phoned me i cant get hold of that manager . It seems like Planet Fitness want to make me forget about the incident and carry on as normal. And i did find that there was more incidents like mine. All i want is answers and see action taken.
