Poor consultation on account

My daughter had a month to month contract she have cancelled it in November done final payment and now they are threatening her with debt collector. She have contacted the several times with no joy, every time they are of line.

The debt collecting company they are using also are in competent because we have done several request for an invoice that we can do the payment for a second time just to get them of our backs.

The money is not the principal the way it have been handled is the biggest problem. The debt collecting company is emotionally threatening my daughter.

Yesterday I have requested an invoice again and no joy.

Planet fitness require competent people to do there jobs we have send proof of payment several times without any explanation why we need to pay an additional fee.
