Poor change management after Menlyn's sudden closure

The Planet Fitness Menlyn branch closed recently in Pretoria, thereby moving all the active memberships to Planet Fitness Lynnwood. However, their app is notoriously outdated and therefore I sent in a request to change my active club to Lynnwood – because the previous club does not exist. They then have the cheek, the absolute gal, to charge me an admin fee for moving my membership.

What admin?? The previous club does not exist! As a member, I expected your admin department to be on top of it and automatically change the Menlyn members to Lynnwood (or to wherever they opted to transfer). As usual, your admin persons dropped the ball and now you are causing even more inconvenience for the members who were forced to find other clubs after Menlyn closed.

Disgusting.
