Poor business practice on cancelling contract.

Did not explain or notify me that my contract is moving to a month to month in April 2021. They want a full calender month to cancel contract. That means i contacted them today and they only cancelling at the end of June 2021. After two more payments and no use of the service due to covid risks. This is unfair . Poor business practice.
