Poor Business Ethics

I was utterly disgusted by the ************ sales tactic by Kuda from the Planet Fitness in Lakefield Benoni. He misrepresented the membership fees and was agreed made me sign off on the ipad with the incorrect contract period - ie instead of 12 months he had inserted 24 months.I ADMIT I should have read the details before signing off but you would think that there would be ethics and integrity in conducting business-I raised this matter after receiving the contract via email at home the next day with Keegan (Manager) and Robson(Sales Manager) with no joy- i decided to take the hit and pay an extra R200 per over the 12 months instead of paying R599 over 24 months....anyone thinking of joining Planet Fitness think again and make sure you double check and triple check the contract before signing the ipad electronically
