Poor and Shocking customer service

Today I was appalled by how Planet Fitness, Rosebank in Johannesburg treats its clients. Whilst I was in the middle of my workout, I went to refill my water bottle. I was shocked to find my station, belongings, kettlebells moved away, rather cast out of my workout area because one of the cleaners was mopping the area. Obviously I wouldn't mind as usually they always ask first and I am always happy to move and everyone carries on with their day. This morning, I asked why my belongings were removed the way that they were, the gentleman who was mopping simply looked at me and ignored me, I tried to get his attention and was further ignored. A female cleaner apologized on his behalf and I was mortified that he behaved this way. I asked for the manager as I was agitated and appalled by how rude this gentleman was. The manager Shanice Bucher/Butcher was already annoyed that I was annoyed and said things like "Ma'am, please, I mean seriously?" I went to point out the staff member who had remover my belongings and she advised me that she is not willing to assist me because I am upset. I told her that I will either tweet or report her about this. To which she responded "Go ahead". I reminded her that I was the client and I am upset. However she at that time advised me that as the club manager she will not assist me owing to the fact that I had used a swear word. I myself have been in customer service before, in my over 10 years in customer service I have dealt with customers who from agitation will drop a swear word here and there because it is human nature to lose speech when upset. How I was trained was to always calm the customer down and advise them that the only way to a resolution is to calmly relay their grievance and to please mind their language so I can be of better assistance. I have never had a single customer complain about me. She instead as I walked away was saying things like " I don't give a sh**" to the staff. To say I am appalled is an understatement. I left without completing my session. That is not how I wanted to start my week. I do not aim to return to the gym until I receive an apology. Further to which, I am paying for the days I will not be at gym because of how poorly I was treated...so I'm wasting money, forfeiting days at gym because I absolutely refuse to be at a facility that encourages staff to treat clients this way. I called head office and was given a ref number: PF ********** . This case will apparently be resolved in 3 working days.... So I guess no gym for me for most of this week then. Wow!
