Poor Adminitration & Customer Service

<p>Planet Fitness Senior Management, much like the failed Health & Racquet Club Group years,ago, fail to provide sincere service and effective communication.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is due to the lack of transparency, i.e. no one in Senior Management at head office, the largest platform of poor service offerings, are,contactable as they appear to hide from providing what members are entitled to....answers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Be very careful with this group, the staff at the gyms are great, it is the poor management at the top that will cost you time,and money.</p> <p> </p> <p>In two months I have a rising bill that now include legal fees to act against Senior Management and Senior Administrators that are totalling around R3000 + bank fees + embarrassment + distress + costs to a membership paid to date.</p> <p> </p> <p>DONT SIGN FOR debit order, among members this is the worst run aspect of the business and then some.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am only raising this so others may not be'burnt' in shocking service.</p>
