Poor Administration from Planet Fitness

I cancelled my account with planet fitness in Feb 2017, the penalty fees that I had to pay was R732.00, but up to now is the debit order not concelled and they collect their money every month, and every month do I send in the cancelation documents and reciets, but they still dont Cancel the debit order.

They are quick to open accounts but not quick enough to cancel them when they need to cancel them.
