Poor administration

The poor treatment that I have received form this institution is unbelievable. I was a member at this gym 2 years ago, diligently paying my account each month. They began debiting me on the wrong days and charging me extra bank charges each month no matter how many times I filled in a form to change the dates. I eventually became fed up with being debited on the wrong day and my access being blocked at the reception gate EACH AND EVERY MONTH, so I paid a cancellation fee and thus ended my contract. TWO years later I receive correspondence from Landau Attorneys telling me that my account has been handed over. NO ONE from Planet Fitness notified me that I owe any money. This company has been harassing me for payment. I am outraged at this treatment and I will pay the money. I will do anything to NEVER hear from Planet Fitness again.
