Poor administration at planet fitness

Planet fitness randfontein they have problem with admin....I just received sms saying that they did not receive payment and I must call this number *** and is just ringing no one is answering it...this is my second month at the gym and they deduct the money last month...so I don't know which money they are talking about now cause is not even month end...my ref is PF ***...Can anyone explain to me please before this get out of hands cause soon their lawyers will be calling me....please help
