poor admin service

I joined the club, because the cobble walk branch was close and convinient. Closed down by a fire, I was forced to use Aurora branch, but rather opted to join VA, which was now much closer. I felt it was a bit of a raw deal as the reason i joined them instead of VA was convinience, but was bound by contract & decided to sit it out. I then proceeded to cancel last year April. Went in store, filled in the necessary documentation. i was told it would be faxed off to head office in the morning as admin was closed for the day. To my disgust, i still being debited, I never picked it up earlier as i 2dont often check my statements. So i have been paying for a service i havent utilised for probably 2 years, due to failure of their admin processing my request. Its alot of money down the drain!
