I'm very happy with the service I'm getting from our club that we joined by doing a National change, but there promises on there web-side are totally wrong. It's said that you can earn pick-a-pay points each time you visit the gym, this was never told to us when joining, firstly I struggling getting my card linked now it's linked but my balances still stay the same. Now they say it was a once off promo, but it's not advertised like that on their web
