Please refund
I requested on the 14th October to have my gym contract frozen for the month of November. Come the first the debit order is deducted again I emailed the agent and called the customer care to have it frozen I also refuse to pay the 125rand for your mess up. Every month when it was supposed to be frozen then you bill me a admin fee that should only be billed once. Please refund me asap
