Please give me back the money you owe me!

I have been trying endlessly to speak to Planet Fitness to cancel my membership since LAST year. I couldn't get hold of anyone so I contacted the Facebook page. Someone told me that a consultant will speak to me. I got a email saying that my membership has been cancelled. But it has been 5 months and it is still charging money off my account. I tried to contact facebook again no response and no one is picking up at the call center. Please give me my money back and PLEASE SORT THIS OUT! So frustrated and it is a lot of money when you tally it up and I'm not using your services, it has been confirmed in the email that it is cancelled but I checked my accounts and Planet Fitness is still taking money off it??!
